Arise Development is a real estate development company specializing in SoHo style mixed use, loft and retail developments. The main purpose of these developments is to create a spark to help revitalize neighborhoods and cities that have long been forgotten. Lackawanna Railroad Station
The Historic Lackawanna Railroad was built in 1901 and converted into offices in the 1980's. It is located at 45 Lewis Street in Binghamton, New York.
There are currently several office spaces available ranging in size from 200sf to 3600sf at competitive rates. Layout of the station.
In addition, the last remaining Marconi Tower is located at the Lackawanna Train Station. Constructed of open grid framed carbon steel and standing at 97 feet 4 inches tall, the tower has endured the weather year by year and is in somewhat remarkable condition considering the neglect and age. Presently there is no communication equipment installed on or near the tower.
