The SylvanHaus is a mixed-use property that will feature 1400 sf of prime retail space right on Montauk Highway and will include a 1200 sf two bedroom affordable apartment. The project seeks LEED certification at the Platinum level and is slated to commence construction sometime in Fall 2010.
