SylvanHaus - LEED NC Platinum
The SylvanHaus is a mixed-use property that will feature 1400 sf of prime retail space right on Montauk Highway and will include a 1200 sf two bedroom affordable apartment. The project seeks LEED certification at the Platinum level and is slated to commence construction sometime in Fall 2010.
Bernarducci Meisel Gallery - LEED CI Gold
In September of 2000, Frank Bernarducci and Louis K. Meisel opened Bernarducci Meisel Gallery on the 6th floor of 37 West 57th Street, between 5th and 6th Avenues in New York.
